Contact information
The contact form sends the information you provide to Formspree to process your inquiry and notify Helping Haven. Submitting expresses interest in our proposed services and allows us to respond about your request and service availability. It does not create a booking or enroll you in an unrelated marketing newsletter. Please do not send sensitive information through the site.
When inquiries open
The planned form requests your name, email address, optional phone number, requested service, and message to respond to your expression of interest and discuss proposed service availability. Formspree processes form submissions and delivers inquiry notifications to hello@myhelpinghaven.com, which forwards through Porkbun to our Gmail inbox. Formspree’s free plan currently keeps a 30-day submission archive. See Formspree’s privacy policy. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial credentials, payment-card details, medical records, or sensitive documents.
Inquiry retention
Our policy is to delete inquiries that do not lead to services within 90 days after the last contact. Email copies require manual deletion from the business inbox, Sent folder, and Trash, and any other mailbox copies. This website does not run an automatic email-deletion process. Formspree’s free archive is shorter, at 30 days; that does not delete delivered emails. Provider backups and technical logs follow each provider’s own retention practices. Client records, if services begin, are handled separately under the applicable service agreement.
Website hosting and technical information
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Its hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP address, browser information, access logs, and security or authentication data, to deliver and protect the site. While this draft is private, access also requires ChatGPT authentication. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for the provider’s practices.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Helping Haven has not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, payment collection, or browser-based storage to this website. Hosting or sign-in services may use technical cookies or similar mechanisms for security and access.
Sharing and external links
Inquiry information is shared with Formspree and our email providers to process and respond to your request. External links lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. Helping Haven does not sell personal information collected through this site.
